Sarees must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the saree is returned with all tags intact, in its original condition, along with the packing materials, courier receipt, invoice, and any accompanying documents.
Once the returned saree is received at our facility, Jeyam Corporation will initiate the refund to your original payment method or chosen refund option within 4-7 working days.
If you received the wrong or damaged saree, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery:

Note: Jeyam Corporation will not accept liability for delivery issues if they are not reported within 7 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of the cancellation or return of the saree.
If the saree is returned after dispatch, we will refund only the saree's cost, excluding shipping charges, as we bear double shipping costs in such cases.
If the order is canceled before dispatch, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer.
Refunds will be processed via IMPS/NEFT/UPI to the original payment source.
